Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has created opportunities and challenges for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and local communities, particularly in promoting tourism and traditional arts. This community service program focuses on empowering MSMEs, youth organizations, and tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) in Muaro Jambi through a digital marketing workshop. The activities include sessions on branding strategies, simple website creation using WordPress, and content development to enhance the visibility of local products and tourist destinations. This program aims to equip participants with essential digital skills to adapt to the digital era, expand market reach, and promote sustainable local economic development. The initiative aligns with the broader goal of leveraging technology to strengthen regional competitiveness while preserving cultural heritage.
